The Fleet Feet Sports Summer Sizzlin' Challenge is a 6-week session for runners, run/walkers and walkers to help you stay motivated to keep moving all summer long! The group meets on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings for group runs. Join us for fun workouts, demos, education clinics, and a chance to win prizes! 5k group and 10k groups available.
This year's challenge is affectionately nick named: "Tackling Trails and Tracks"!
Our Tuesday evening group runs will consist of three weeks of fun trail running, followed by three weeks of speed/track workouts!
The Challenge starts on Tuesday, July 18th and ends on Saturday, August 26th.
If you've just completed the No Boundaries or It's A Perfect 10k Training Program,
this summer challenge is a great way to stay on track!
