It's A Perfect 10K

The It's A Perfect 10K (6.2 miles) training program is designed to further runners and walkers towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. It will include an education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve your performance. There will be occasional clinics covering a wide range of topical issues on running, health, wellness and nutrition.

Join us for Information Meetings for this upcoming It's a Perfect 10k Session! Registration is not necessary to attend.

Information Meetings: Tuesday, April 25 @ 6:30PM at Fleet Feet Fort Mill
Saturday April 29 @ 9:30 AM at Fleet Feet Fort Mill
 

As part of the It's a Perfect 10k Training Program, participants will receive the following:

  • A 10 week training program and calendar with workouts provided to you.
  • Dedicated support and individual attention from your Coach.
  • 2 Group training sessions during the week.
  • Information clinics on topics such as proper footwear, injury prevention, and nutrition.
  • Accountability for your participation from your Coach.
  • GEAR Night SAVINGS!
  • The camaraderie of others like you with the same goal!

When is the first Group Run?
Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 6:30PM at Fleet Feet Sports Fort Mill 

When is Gear Night? 
Registered participants can join us for Gear Night Savings on Tuesday, May 2!

Where do we meet?
All practices will meet at Fleet Feet Fort Mill unless otherwise announced 

How much does it cost?
Pre-Registration until April 25 - $65
Regular Registration after April 25 - $75
