The 10K (6.2 miles) Running Club group is designed to further runners and walkers towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. It will include education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve your performance. There will be occasional clinics covering a wide range of topical issues on running, health, wellness and nutrition.

As part of the 10k Running Club, participants will receive the following:

  • END OF SEASON 10K GOAL RACE REGISTRATION FEE ALREADY INCLUDED!
  • 12 week training program with calendars of workouts provided to you.
  • GEAR UP NIGHT SAVINGS!
  • Dedicated support and individual attention from your Coach.
  • 2 Group training sessions per week.

Where do we meet?
All practices will meet at Fleet Feet Fort Mill unless otherwise announced 

How much does it cost? 
Regular Registration - $75 (includes end-season 10k Goal Race Registration fee)

Training Long Runs will begin at 3 Miles. We highly recommend participants feel comfortable running this distance before joining this 10k program. 5k race experience is also recommended.
