10K Finish/Fast Training




The 10K (6.2 miles) Running Club group is designed to further runners and walkers towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. It will include education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve your performance. There will be occasional clinics covering a wide range of topical issues on running, health, wellness and nutrition.

Join us for a FREE Information Meeting for this upcoming 10k Session! Registration is not necessary to attend these meetings.

Information Meetings: Tuesday, August 21, 2018 @ 6:30 pm OR Saturday, August 25, 2018 @ 9:30 am

As part of the 10k Running Club, participants will receive the following:

  • An 11 week training program with calendars of workouts provided to you.
  • Dedicated support and individual attention from your Coach.
  • 2 Group training sessions per week.
  • Information clinics on topics such as proper footwear, injury prevention,  nutrition, and more.
  • Advice from local medical professionals!
  • Accountability for your participation from your Coach and Mentors and Teammates!
  • Fleet Feet Running Club exclusive Technical Shirt
  • The camaraderie of others like you with the same goal!

Every Tuesday Night @ 6:30 pm & Saturday Morning @ 7:30 am

When is the first Group Run?

When is Gear Up Night? 
TUESDAY, AUGUST 28, 2018 @ 6:30 pm

Where do we meet?
All practices will meet at Fleet Feet Fort Mill unless otherwise announced 

How much does it cost? 
Regular Registration - $75 (includes end-season 10k Goal Race Registration fee)

Training Long Runs will begin at 3 Miles. We recommend participants feel comfortable running this distance before joining this 10k program. 5k race experience is also recommended.
