 Half Marathon Training Spring 2018

Join the tens of thousands of people who challenge themselves every year to the fastest growing distance race in the country – the half marathon. This terrific 13.1 mile distance is challenging and yet achievable. We have an exceptional coaching staff to lead you in your training. Pace groups, speedwork, and specific training plans will enable runners to finish their first half marathon or improve over previous performances. Join us for this 11 week program and we'll get you to the finish line!



Join us for Information Meetings for the upcoming Half Marathon Madness Session! Registration is not necessary to attend.

When are Group Training Sessions?  Every Tuesday Night 6:30PM & Saturday Morning 7:30am

When is the First Group Run? TBA

Where do we meet? All practices will start from Fleet Feet Sports Fort Mill and various locations in Fort Mill. Locations will be announced before weekly workouts.

When is Gear Night? Registered participants can join us for Gear Night Savings on TBA!

As part of the Half Marathon Madness Program, participants will receive the following:

  • A 10 -12 week training program with a calendar of workouts provided to you.
  • Dedicated support and individual attention from your Coach.
  • 2 Group training sessions per week.
  • Technical shirt
  • Information clinics on topics such as heart rate training, injury prevention, and nutrition.
  • Accountability for your participation from your Coach.
  • The camaraderie of others like you with the same goal!
