Join the tens of thousands of people who challenge themselves every year to the fastest growing distance race in the country – the half marathon. This terrific 13.1 mile distance is challenging and yet achievable. We have an exceptional coaching staff to lead you in your training. Pace groups, speed work, and specific training plans will enable runners to finish their first half marathon or improve over previous performances. Join us for this 11 - 12 week program and we'll get you to the finish line!

When are Group Training Sessions?  

Every Tuesday Night @ 6:30 pm & Every Saturday Morning 7:00am


When is the First Group Run?

The first Tuesday night of the training program


Where do we meet? 

All practices will start from Fleet Feet Sports Fort Mill and various locations in Fort Mill. Locations will be announced before weekly workouts.


When is Gear Night?

Registered participants can join us for Gear Night Savings on the first Tuesday night practice!


Registration price:  $100 


As part of the Half Marathon Program, participants will receive the following:

  • A 10 - 12 week training program with a calendar of workouts provided to you.
  • Program Technical T- shirt
  • Dedicated support and individual attention from your Coach.
  • 2 Group training sessions per week
  • Information clinics on topics such as heart rate training, injury prevention, and nutrition.
  • Accountability for your participation from your Coach.
  • GEAR UP NIGHT SAVINGS!
  • The camaraderie of others like you with the same goal!
It is strongly suggested that participants have 10k racing experience and are able to comfortably complete a 6 Mile Long Run prior to joining this training group.  Training Long Runs will begin at 6 Miles.
