QiGong For Runners: "internal Exercise" from Chinese KungFu for great joints, muscles and bones.
Taught by Yadi Alamin, 18th year practitioner of Chinese QiGong.
QiGong "Chee Gong" is the mother of modern Tai Chi. The exercises in QiGong are done
fast, slow, and at a moderate speed. The purpose of the postures, movements and special breathing
techniques is to boost your body's "intrinsic' strength, coordination, stamina and balance.
Yadi Alamin teaches a style of QiGong developed 1,300 years ago for Martial Artists, athletes and
laborers. It is can be fluid and restorative, as well as invigorating!

Each class is approximately 55 minutes. No special outfits are required. Loose fitting clothes are recommended.
